Experience a special Sound Therapy Session right here at the Brenda Blakemore Community Centre. Hosted by Hertz of Love, this is a unique opportunity to find deep relaxation and inner harmony.
Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. This guided sound bath is designed to be a journey of deep relaxation, helping to release stress, ease anxiety, and restore balance to your mind and body.
No experience is necessary – just come ready to relax.
Please Bring a yoga mat/something comfortable to lay on, a pillow and blanket and comfy clothes!
