Focus, Discipline, Success
It was a day of high energy and determination this past Sunday, 23rd November. Grading days are the ultimate test of character, where weeks of training are put under the microscope. We are delighted to report that the Rainham team didn’t just show up—they stepped up, delivering fantastic performances across the board.

Power & Precision
Impact testing in action: A young student demonstrates excellent technique and focus on the boards.
Putting Skills to the Test
The grading panel put the students through a rigorous examination of their skills. The session began with Forms (Thau) testing, where students demonstrated their memory, balance, and precision in traditional patterns.
This was followed by impact testing, allowing the students to show off their power and technique on the pads. The intensity ramped up for the higher belts, who demonstrated their timing and control in free sparring sessions.
