43 Years of Tai Chi Experience
As some of you are aware, I had a request from a Japanese couple, Mr and Mrs Aoki to take part in last Wednesdays class in Romford.
Mr Aoki has practised Tai Chi for 43 years, and it showed! I felt a bit of a novice, as although having practised martial arts for over 50 years, I have only been involved with Tai Chi for 2 or 3 years.
We all have a lot to learn!
